Designing something meant to be kept
A love letter is one of the few letters anyone keeps, which changes what matters. Nothing here needs to survive a filing system or a photocopier; it needs to survive being folded, carried and reread. That argues for heavier paper if you are printing at home, and for a design with enough margin that a fold does not run through the text.

Script type without losing legibility
