This Privacy Policy explains what information Letterheads ("we") collects when you use https://letterheads.online (the "Service"), and how it's used.

1. Your letterhead designs

The letterhead editor runs entirely in your browser. Logos you upload, and the design choices you make, are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. If you use "Save," your design is stored in your browser's local storage only — it stays on your device and is not accessible to us. Exported files (PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG) are generated locally and downloaded directly to your device.

2. Contact form

If you use the contact form, the name, email address and message you submit are sent to us (via a third-party form-delivery provider, where configured) so we can respond to you. If no delivery provider is configured, the form opens your email client directly instead. We use this information only to respond to your message.

3. Standard server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability purposes. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage to remember saved designs on your own device. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

5. Third parties

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Where a third-party service is used (such as a form-delivery provider for the contact form), it processes only the information necessary to deliver your message to us.

6. Your choices

You can clear your saved designs at any time from the "Saved" tab in the editor, or by clearing your browser's local storage for this site. Since we don't hold your designs on our servers, there is nothing further for us to delete on your behalf.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
