Terms of Service

Last updated: August 5, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Letterheads (the "Service"), available at https://letterheads.online. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Letterheads is a free, browser-based tool for designing and exporting letterhead stationery (PDF, PNG, JPG and SVG files, and header images for Word and Google Docs). Design work happens locally in your browser; we do not require an account to use the Service.

2. Your content

Any logo, text or design you create using the Service remains yours. We do not claim ownership over content you upload or design. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any logo, image or text you upload, and for the accuracy of any legal, tax or registration information you include on a letterhead you generate.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create material that is unlawful, infringes on the rights of others, or impersonates a real person, business or institution without authorisation.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that exported files will be error-free, fit for a specific print process, or compliant with any particular jurisdiction's legal requirements for business correspondence — you are responsible for confirming compliance with rules that apply to you (for example, company registration disclosures).

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Letterheads and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Contact
